Welcome to Centre Pass. By using www.centrepass.uk (the "Site") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
About us
Centre Pass is an independent UK netball directory and community site, not affiliated with England Netball.
Using the Site
You may use the Site if you can form a binding contract with us, and only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You agree NOT to:
- Submit false, misleading, defamatory or unlawful content.
- Submit content you don't have permission to share.
- Scrape, crawl or harvest data beyond what is allowed by our robots.txt.
- Attempt to disrupt the Site, its security or other users.
- Impersonate any club, player or person.
User submissions
When you submit a club, claim a club, or nominate a player, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You grant Centre Pass a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish and display that content on the Site. You can ask us to remove content you submitted via our contact form.
Club & player listings
Listings are compiled from public sources and community submissions. We do our best to keep them accurate but make no guarantee. Clubs can claim and update their own listings. If a listing about you is wrong, contact us and we'll fix or remove it.
Intellectual property
The Centre Pass name, branding and original content are owned by Centre Pass. You may share links to public pages. Don't reproduce our content commercially without permission.
Third-party links and ads
The Site links to third-party sites (clubs, social media, England Netball, etc.) and may show advertising via Google Ads. We are not responsible for the content, policies or accuracy of those third parties.
Disclaimer & liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Centre Pass excludes all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
