What we check before approving a claim
- ✓ Your email matches a domain or contact already public on the club's own channels.
- ✓ Your stated role (chair, captain, coach) is one the club lists publicly or confirms by reply.
- ✓ The club is an active, England Netball-affiliated or independently-registered side, not a one-off team.
- ✓ No existing verified admin has flagged a competing claim.

+Who can claim a club page?
Anyone with a formal role at the club — chair, secretary, captain, head coach or team manager. We verify against the contact details on the club's official channels (website, England Netball listing or social accounts) before granting access.
+How long does verification take?
Most claims are verified within 2 working days. If we can match your email to the club's existing public contact details it can be same-day. Complex cases — clubs with no public contact, or disputed claims — can take up to a week while we cross-check.
+What can I edit once my club is verified?
Everything on your public page: training nights, venues, age groups, contact email, social links, league information, joining instructions, fees and the short description. You can also respond to player enquiries that come through the page.
+Does it cost anything to claim or list?
No. Listings and claims are free, and they stay free. Centre Pass is funded by ads and optional premium tools for clubs — never by gating basic listings.
+What if another person from my club already claimed it?
Submit a claim anyway and tell us your role in the message. We'll loop in the existing admin and either add you as a second editor or transfer ownership — whatever the club prefers.
+Can I remove or hide my club instead of claiming it?
Yes. Email hello@centrepass.uk from a verifiable club address and we'll either unlist the page or set it to private within 2 working days. We never keep a club listed against its wishes.
