Centre Pass ("we", "us", "our") operates www.centrepass.uk (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

Centre Pass is an independent UK netball directory and community site. We are the data controller for personal data collected via this Site. Contact us via our contact form.

What we collect

• Email address — when you join the waitlist, submit a club, claim a club, or nominate a player.
• Club / player submission details — names, regions, postcodes, websites and similar club info you provide.
• Analytics data — anonymous usage data via Google Analytics 4 (page views, device type, approximate location). Only collected if you accept analytics cookies.
• Advertising data — if you accept marketing cookies, Google may use cookies to personalise ads on the Site and measure ad performance.

How we use it

• To run and improve the Centre Pass directory and community.
• To send you transactional emails (e.g. confirming a submission).
• To send the Centre Pass newsletter, if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To measure how the Site is used and improve it.
• To show relevant advertising via Google Ads (with your consent).

Legal basis

We rely on consent for marketing emails, analytics cookies and advertising cookies; on legitimate interests for keeping the directory accurate; and on contract for handling claims and submissions you initiate.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies (e.g. remembering your cookie choice) are always on. Analytics and advertising cookies only fire after you accept them in our cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.

Sharing

We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf:

• Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — database & email hosting (EU/UK).
• Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (subject to consent).
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

Waitlist and submission emails are kept until you ask us to delete them. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Suppression-list entries are kept indefinitely so we don't email people who've unsubscribed.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Send a request via our contact form and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the ICO.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be flagged on the Site. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
