  • Reactive agility

    Mirror drills with a partner — they lead, you follow. 4× 30 seconds.

  • Vertical reach

    Tuck jumps + arm-driven reaches. Win the airball above your opponent.

  • Posterior chain

    RDLs, glute bridges, hamstring curls. You sprint backwards a lot.
