    100-shot ladder

    10 shots from 5 spots around the post, twice. Track makes, beat your number next session.

    Receive-turn-shoot

    Feeder passes a high ball, you turn in the air, land balanced, shoot within 3 seconds.

  • 03

    Defended box-out

    Partner plays GK with arms over. Use a hold, drop step, then shoot. 3 sets of 10.

Build the engine

Fitness tips

  • Vertical jump

    Box jumps 4×6 + single-leg hops 3×8 each leg. Builds the spring you need under the post.

  • Core stability

    Pallof press, dead bugs, side planks — keep your shooting base rock-solid when contacted.

  • Shoulder endurance

    Light band work + wall shots. Your last shot should look like your first.
