Drive-and-drive-back
Sprint to the post, receive, drive back to the edge, receive again, shoot. Repeat 10×.

Two-shooter rotation
Work with a GS — feed, screen, swap. Build chemistry on the circle edge.

Long-range repeats
20 shots from the circle edge. Then 20 close-in. Then 20 alternating.

Fitness tips
Repeat sprint ability
10× 30m sprints with 30s rest. GAs cover huge distances at high intensity.
Change-of-direction
5-10-5 shuttles 6×. Quick feet to lose your defender.
Single-leg power
Lunge jumps and Bulgarian split squats — you land on one leg far more than two.

- The Goal Attack (GA) can move in centre third + attacking goal third + shooting circle. Any other third or circle is out of bounds for this position.
- Yes — GA is one of only two positions allowed to shoot, alongside GS. At least one foot must be inside the shooting circle when the ball is released.
